Lil Wayne because he's pretty much been rich since like 12 or 13, but somehow he was slangin and was hard. He has a tattooed tear, when he was never in prison or killed anyone. Secondly, how do you become a blood when you're a grown man, rich man at that? Rick Ross, lying about being a CO is definitely not a good look. Being a C.O. is not really the bad part, its lying about it. You lose all intregrity.
