well for a start Lil Wayne can’t even rap and Eminem is one of the best rappers alive today so it don’t take a rocket scientist to work it out!

Defiantly Eminem, he actually raps, he doesn’t use auto-tune and a lot of effects…Plus he raps about meaningful stuff, instead of drugs and sex. Lil Wayne is good, but Eminem is better.

These two are my official favorite rappers of all time .
But i would have to give it to Eminem .
Eminem has been around longer & yes , eminem raps about his problems . He shows his emotions through music & he’s really good .
Lil Wayne on the other hand . Literally, i don’t think i’ve ever heard a song of his that wasn’t about sex or getting high . But also thats him & thats why i love them both .

Eminem, for many reasons. Some main ones:

1. Has an overall better flow, which he has shown that he can change over various beats
2. Has more meaningful content in his raps - most of Weezy’s songs revolve around the same elements (there are some exceptions, but in general)
3. In general, has better punchlines/metaphors
4. Has outperformed Weezy on every track they’ve collaborated in (Forever, Drop the World, No Love)
5. Has enjoyed more commercial, critical and chart success (I know he’s been around longer, and has a larger fanbase, but Marshall Mathers LP, his third album, sold almost 2 million in the first week)
6. Has freestyled on Tim Westwood’s radio station without sounding like a complete junkie moron (compare his freestyles on that station to Wayne’s for more proof)
7. Can sound reasonably good without autotune
8. Has far better articulation, rhyming and linguistic skills
9. Doesn’t call himself best rapper alive, even though he’s far closer than Lil Wayne, who proudly insists that he is
10. Has much better freestyles
