Hey, buddy.
If it’s a popular song, then you can easily find instumental versions on places such as youtube. Run a general search, if you have no luck doing that. Run a Google search on it. If you still have no luck, chances are the song is not as popular as you would like to believe it is.

if u know how to torrent. mixtapetorrent has a instrumental section if not then u gotta pray limewire has wat ur looking for

That kind of music is mostly available from the big band era. Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey, etc. Go to Yahoo or Google search engines.
