where can i download a royalty free tune with no beats in it or differences in tone?

as in, a monotonous tone which is royalty free? not just any monotonous tone though. im looking for a collection of ambient sounds that don’t have variations in beat or tone. like a warm ambience that just stays at the same level. any got any ideas? beats and tones ruin the effect im looking for in my work.

They have a lot of creative commons licensed work. You can also upload a commercial piece as an example, and their search algorithm with analyze the piece to find similar works in their database.
