IF he beats hatton, a rubber match with j m marquez is one everyone wants to see. maybe he will unify the jr welterweight belts, if the money is right.

Jaun Mannuel Marquez is the first name to go up, he said after beating Diaz that Pacquiao turned down their approach so Marquez is now going after Floyd Mayweather.
Mayweather v Pacquiao is the obvious bout to follow if he beats Hatton. If this doesnt happen for one reason or other then Mosley and Cotto are the only two other fighters who represent a step forward for Pacquiao in the junior welterweight/welterweight divisions.
If Pacquiao doesnt pursue any of these fights his other options would be a step back from Hatton. These opponents would include Diaz, Clottey, Berto or maybe even Cintron.
I think Pacquiao is being given too much credit for the De La Hoya fight considering how poor the opposition was. I dont see Pacquiao having the ability to penetrate the defenses of Mayweather or Mosley, nor do i see him beating Cotto

Let’s start off by saying he will not beat Hatton. Hatton is going to tear Manny apart. I think Hatton will win by KO. So because of that I think Pacquiao’s next worthy opponent should be back in the straw-weight or no-weight or where every he came from. Oh boy, he beat and old slow Oscar. Here is a tip for you, even in Oscar’s prime he really wasn’t great, he was good. And Hatton will have a rematch with " Gay Boy" Floyd.

There MUST be three.

Juan Manuel Marquez - Manny Pacquiao Three is easily one of the the greatest rubber matches we’ve been waiting for. Marquez is pulling a Pacquiao act anyway, while moving up in weight, picking up belts along the way. . . it makes for good copy, and outstanding matches.

I’d still love to see Pacquiao take on Israel Vasquez, if Vasquez can be tempted up in weight just a couple of pounds. . . talk about checking your defense at the door!

Pacquiao would destroy Nate Campbell, Julio Diaz, or even Juan Diaz. . . so Marquez, Vasquez. . .and of course MAYWEATHER remain the only real threats to PacMan. . . .at his current weight, of course. . . .

If he were to move up, though. . .who wouldn’t like to see (just for kicks) a prime Manny against a prime Cotto?

Floyd Mayweather Jr is the guy Pacman should fight. The revenue on that fight would surpass Mayweather-De La Hoya from a couple of years ago. If Floyd stays retired, the rubber match with Juan Manuel Marquez would be a good one.
