Id say your best bet is Moon at the palms. They are on the top of the tower and have a retractible roof that have an amazing view of the strip. They also have the best sound and electrinic system in Vegas. They play a virety but they do soom to play a lot of hip hop. Its def one of my favorites. Theres a chart of all open clubs by day at http://www.cheapvegasclubs.com/clubavailabilitychart.htm they also have the best pricing by far for entry.
