For adults it’s normally 60-100 bpm. During Exercise it depends on your age but it’s usually 60-80% of your maximum heart rate (220-your age)

Hello…
Is this what you want??.. I hope it is..
Heart rate (HR) is a measure of the number of heart beats per minute (bpm). The average resting human heart rate is about 70 bpm for adult males and 75 bpm for adult females. Heart rate varies significantly between individuals based on fitness, age and genetics. Endurance athletes often have very low resting heart rates. Heart rate can be measured by monitoring one’s pulse. Pulse measurement can be achieved using specialized medical devices, or by merely pressing one’s fingers against an artery (typically on the wrist or the neck).
While 60 to 100 beats per minute is normal for the average adult population, elite athletes can have heart rates in the high 40s or low 50s. They have such efficient hearts, their bodies only need 40 or 50 beats a minute to provide them with an adequate cardio input.
So I guess…
Normal = 60 - 100 bpm
Exercise = 40 or 50 bpm..
Depending on your health of course!

Look up "aerobic exercise." Unless you are a competitive athlete, your workout should be in an aerobic heart rate zone that provides plenty of oxygen to your heart, lungs, and body.
This optimal heart rate is estimated through formulae that you can find on the Internet. I’d definitely consult with your MD first to determine your fitness and health. Most healthy and fit individuals should plan an aerobic exercise program that eventually leads to a program of about 1 hour of continuous aerobic exercise, five days per week.
Your heart rate is a good indication of your exertion level. Your age, health, physical fitness all play into the equation.
Before you get into this program, you should also evaluate your diet. If you are a typical Westerner, you eat far too much fatty and over-processed foods. I recommend that you get on a low-fat vegetarian diet before you start exercising.

The average resting heart rate is 70 bpm. When exercising, it depends on the intensity of the workout. Without knowing certain parameters, it would be difficult to assess.
You can go to the American Heart Association’s website and check out a general chart to help. I’ve enclosed the link.

resting heart beats for americans are around 60-75 bpm form what I remember.
A general rule of thumb for determining you max heart rate is to take 220 minus your age. So if you are 20 years old then your max heart rate will be 200 bpm. When exercising you will want to have a target heart rate zone of about 50-85% of your max heart rate. If you are focusing on endurance however you should target your heart rate zone above 85%, 75% if you are looking for fat loss. Exercising at 75% will stimulate the release of adrenaline and noradrenaline, which causes the burning of fat for fuel.
