It’s like someone made a cliche list of awful things for a story just so Oprah could manipulate us into feeling guilty and giving money.

It’s called Precious and Precious is actually an obese, illiterate girl. Her dad RAPES her and gets her pregnant TWICE. She delivers a baby that has down syndrome and the dad/father dies. Precious’ mom beats her though

ugh anna I know that’s the plot but I can’t see why anyone would see that. It’s too awful.
