Nas
I mean the guy has at least 6 unanimous classics. And arguably the best album of all time.

Jay-Z I guess? He’s had a successful rap career, even when he announces that he’s gonna retire from rap, then puts out another award-winning album.

Jay Z. Nas is better, but he’s barely recognized now so I don’t see how 25 years from now people will still be talking about them.

The words staying power implies that the rapper has been in the game for a long time. My answer is Ice Cube. Not only did he pioneer West Coast Hip Hop, he is one of the few in the game that are still relevent because he still gets airplay. Nas is also a good choice but he hasn’t been around as long and Cube gets more airplay on the radio today (for better or for worse). 20+ years and still at it with many classics including AmeriKKKa’s Most, Death Certificate, The Predator, Lethal Injection, and Kill At Will.
