What is the difference between a Rap Sheet and a disposition?

I am helping a friend to expunge her record, but I am not clear on the difference between a rap sheet and a disposition. We have a disposition, but I don’ think that suffices.

Rap sheet is slang for your criminal history report. It would contain every arrest. A disposition is the court’s finding of a single case.

Rap sheet = List of everything you were every charged with, maybe every arrest whether or not you were charged. Disposition = the outcome of one case.
