What is that rap song where the rapper stops and hes like "A HUH A HUH" and its like a cough thing? Its Kinda an old school rap song, they played it at the prom like a week ago and i dont know what its called.

I was thinking like every other Jay-Z song. For example, "What More Can I Say" starts out with that "a huh a huh" or "uh uh" kinda cough. Sound familiar?:
