what does it take to be a good hip hop dancer?

assuming I follow the hip hop videos and go to classes. I train myself to dance 4 hours a day without fail.
how long does it take for me to become a pretty decent hip hop dancer?
say in six month.

You have to have a feel for the music, hip hop comes from the inside, you have to love doing it and it will show in your technique that you learn during your 4hours of training a day.
