You are an some sort of tachydisrhythmia. Did it just suddenly start? If so I would call an ambulance.

It means you need to see a doctor, quickly and probably take a stress test.

yeah visit a doctor mate it could be serious. otherwise it’s just adrenaline or something. if it feels weird but not painful it’s probably adrenaline.

Have you ever taken amphetamines? This can cause what you describe and will definitely cause permanent heart damage.
In any case you need to be seen by a physician. Exhaustion and fast weird heart beat is an indication of possible cardiac conditions.

Is this is a longtime condition ? If so it is a somewhat common condition. I had this problem for years and finally a doctor put me on inderal(propanalol is generic name) and I feel it saved my life. I still take it after about 25 years.
