on average how many beats can a human heart withstand in its lifetime?

does the more relaxed and non stressed one is, mean that the heart can last longer and hence prolong ones life.

Yeah…stress is real bad for your heart….a healthy heart can beat around 2,522,880,000 times in its lifetime. That is, 2 billion, 552 million, 880 thousand times. So I’d say somewhere between 2 and 3 billion times for a good estimate.
I got this by multiplying 60 beats per minute (a very healthy person), multiplying it by 60 to get 360 beats per hour, and then by 24 to get a number of beats per day, then by 365 to get a number for beats per year, then by 80 for 80 years of life.

average of:
65 beats per minute
60 minutes in an hour
24 hours in a day
365 days in a year
85 years in a lifetime
(65)(60)(24)(365)(80)= 2903940000 Beats
That is
2 billion
903 million
94 thousand
give or take a few thousand for times of high and times of low pulse

As many as it needs to for each individual until it’s time to stop. I hope this was helpful.

The average human heart will beat 3,000 million times in its lifetime and pump 48 million gallons of blood. Human blood travels 60,000 miles (96,540 km) per day on its journey through the body.
more relaxed and non stressed humans heart can die faster than a person who do proper excise(running important)

well a normal person at
60 per minute x 60 minutes x 24hours x 365 days x 85 years would be…
2,680,560,000= only at rest beats… exercise creates more so about 1000x more then most people live past 85 to about to 90 or 95 so then it would be about…
2,999,880,000 so maybe just round up to 3 billion and even that’s probably a great estimate and i would say 3 billion beats in life time…
mine #s are most accurate, i used a good calculator not in my computer…
