Is the weather extremely hot and humid during your walks?..you could be risking heat exhaustion of which can start out much like the symptoms you describe.

I often see people out walking their dogs in the heat of the day and they are really risking their dog's health. If it isn't particularly hot outside when you are walking, I would talk with your vet.

If you have already consulted with your vet regarding this, I would contact your breeder and ask them.

The only way your going to know if your dog has a medical condition is to have your vet look at him. We are not vets and can not see your dog so there for we can not give you a medical diagnoses about your dog and what may be going on with him. If your concerned about your dogs breathing take him to his vet..
