Is there a program which allows you to remove the instrumentals from a song, leaving just the acapella.?

I make a lot of mixes but it’s hard to find a lot of acapellas. Just seeing if there are any programs around.

No. The vocals can be removed (sort of) leaving the instruments but not the other way round.
Vocal removers work by removing content in the center of the mix. This also usually includes the bass and drums so even if a program kept the central information it would keep the bass and drums as well as the vocal. You still could not get an acapella with just the voice.
A computer reads data and does not have the ability to distinguish between a voice and instruments.
