dude…raps been about money. rap is my favorite genre of music, but you can’t say NWA would’ve done what they did even back in the late eightys- early ninety’s if they were only making 2000 bucks each…all it was is the style of rap changes and rappers do whatever they can to CONTINUE to make money. However i feel that some like Nas, Pharoah Monch, Ice Cube, do a decent job of staying true to what they enjoyed.
