		<description>It's not uncommon. Many people experience it from time to time. It's likely really not skipping beats. More likely, there's an early beat that doesn't produce a pulse you can detect. The &#34;skip&#34; is the longer than normal resting period because of the two close beats, and the depayed beat is often heavy because the lag let the heart fill more than normal. If it's frequent or happens all the time, it needs to be explored. If not, mention it next time you see a doctor.

If you're a big coffee of Coke drinker, you might try going decaf for a while and see if it stops.</description>

		<description>This is normally a nervous condition triggered by anxiety and emotions. Also that can be the result of too much caffeine or alcohols. Stop the caffeine , stop drinking if you do. Do like I do start practicing Zen Meditation and your skipped beats will go away if it is a nervous issue.</description>
