Is It Normal For The Heart To Skip Some Beats?
Posted by adminSep 10
Cause, it felt like my heart beat skipped one, or two beats. Is this normal? It happens sometimes, but not frequently. I would appreciate any feedback.
It happens very little, but it still happens. I would appreciate any feedback.

It’s not uncommon. Many people experience it from time to time. It’s likely really not skipping beats. More likely, there’s an early beat that doesn’t produce a pulse you can detect. The "skip" is the longer than normal resting period because of the two close beats, and the depayed beat is often heavy because the lag let the heart fill more than normal. If it’s frequent or happens all the time, it needs to be explored. If not, mention it next time you see a doctor.
If you’re a big coffee of Coke drinker, you might try going decaf for a while and see if it stops.

well it can be normal if you know why its happening. my heart skips beats because i was born with a hole in my heart. but if your heart is just skipping beats you might want to go to the doctor.

This is normally a nervous condition triggered by anxiety and emotions. Also that can be the result of too much caffeine or alcohols. Stop the caffeine , stop drinking if you do. Do like I do start practicing Zen Meditation and your skipped beats will go away if it is a nervous issue.
