just think too yourself, while your about to go on stage there are people in the world going in for heart and brain sugery or going sky diving think how insignificant your nerves are compaired too theres, it always works for me. also lavinder will calm you down, good luck !!

Don’t think about. Just go out there and do your thing. Being an artist requires most people to basically have two personalities. The artist mode is the one you need to be in. Block out everything and focus on your performance.
