If you plan on working with a PC then get PCDJ.... is a great program to mix.. if you wanna work with cds, then I suggest American Audio brand cd player, you can bleed the songs into eachother, change the tempo, etc.......affordable... Now if you plan on being a moblie dj also know you will need a good PA, preferable with a subwoofer, simple lights for the dance floor, and know how to read and talk to the crowd! Good luck!
