Get some short-shorts. Probably at Abercrombie and Fitch or Hollister.
Curl your hair like Jessica Simpson!
Wear a tank top? or cami?
Umm as for the boots… I don’t really know.

Overalls And A White T-Shirt Underneath. Bare Foot.

As the user above said, short jean shorts, and a button up shirt tied in the front, and no, you don’t have to have your tummy hang out. You can wear a scoop neck T-Shirt under it, and tie the button up at about waist level so it covers your tummy, and you can wear sandals, like thong sandals.

I’d go with the short shorts and the tied shirt as many people have suggested but as for the shoes, if you get a red shirt, you could try a red high heeled peep toe. They’re in right now, and would make your outfit Hot!

Really short cut off jeans, red and white checkered shirt with the tail pulled up and tied in a knot so it exposes your navel, and you choice of spike heel shoes.

Jean shorts or skirt. Short if you can. Then for the shirt, maybe something plaid or checkered. If its a guys shirt, tie it at waist. Find a really cute matching bra and let it peek out a bit for some added sex appeal, if your comfortable with that. You don’t need boots, try a wedge with the cork on bottom. Or any feminine sandals. Or you could look for boots at a local thrift shop.
