I have some tunes mostly ministry of sound house and trance songs that i want to speed up cause i think they’re too slow, i don’t know why they record this so slow!!

There are many softwares in the market which can help you to do that. You can use some good quality audio converters or studio softwares to change tempo, bitrate, frequency or almost any parameters. You can find some here: http://www.mdofpc.com/onlinestore/software_under_50.php

I use a free open source software package called Audacity which is available at:
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
Download and install the software, open the mp3 file, then Select all. There is an option on the Effect menu to change Tempo (without changing pitch).
