How do you shake your butt like those girls in the hip hop videos without your bum-bum getting tired?

Me and my new boyfriend are going to hit up the club tommorow and he is into hip hop. But I can’t shake my rump for too long or I get cramps. Am I doing something wrong? Does anyone know any better teqniques? I wanna dance like those video girls.

well you might need to go to dance classes but those girls in the videos has gotten trained to do that thats why i say take dance classes

shake your legs quickly but somehow that none will see and if u just do it fast u proberly wont get cramps

try doing stretches and drinking plenty of water

It shouldnt tire you.. Maybe you’re doing it wrong… Try drinking more water and practicing longer to build stamina.. I don’t personally have that problem but good luckaz
