		<description>There are lots of programs that allow this such as Fruitiloops, however they usually cost money and they require some skill to get something which would be up to the standards you are probably looking for.

Theres a free program called hammerhead (http://www.threechords.com/hammerhead/) which lets you make simple beats, but they probably wont be what you are looking for</description>

		<description>Your best option for making beats would be fruity loops and to record I use adobe audition 3. They both cost a couple hundred but I'm sure you can find a way around that on the internet. you can also find video tutorials for both programs on youtube.</description>
