Ok you need a big ass so get one by eating lots of mcdonalds and pizza. Rest your hand on your thighs and shake it back and fourth round and round. You are now an expert.

You listen to some hip-hop music… and move without thinking about moving… to the beat. a few pops here and there don't hurt either. Relax your shoulders entirely.. those make you super stiff. =]

haha, even though the first suggestion is a good one… honestly if you have minimal resources — use youtube, search for several dancing videos, and dance along.

dancing is easier to learn on your own…..so what i would suggest is to just listen to music and practice allot because december is pretty close
