		<description>I own a recording studio in Texas also. If you file all your studio's income, the state will tax that income, so you might as well make the customer pay for it.

I don;t know all the exact forms you have to have, but you will file all business income without the tax, and since you allready charged the customer the 8% sales tax at the time of service, you dont take a loss</description>
