Can working out too much cause extra heart beats?

I have had extra heart beats. Went to cardiologist, said my heart is completely healthy and shouldn’t worry. I do bodyweight excercises almost every day. Could workin out too much be causing my extra heart beats? If not, what else causes extra beats, i dont drink caffeine. Im 17 yr old male.

When I over do it (I have hypertension) I do tend to get those skippy type beats, it means I over strained and need to curtail it for a day or two. I notice I don’t sleep well when I over strain too.

Idk… I know that working out is supposed to gradually slow your heart’s rate. As it is supposedly getting stronger, it doesn’t have to work as hard to do normal functions. It should have less beats per minute.
