Any body that can make beats on Fruity Loops - could you help me out with making a beat?

Im new to beat making and i was wondering if any vets would be able to help me with fruity loops 9.
I need help with more beat structure, making melodies and any other tips.
Im a rapper as well and i wanna try to make my own beats to rap on.

start with a 4:4 signature then add a 4:4 snare loop then a 4:4 baseline the a 4:4 drum kick this order is important then piano or synth or guitar or what ever you want if your tone is deep trya higher pitch melody or vice versa
