alright so i started to make beats, people wanna start rhyming to them. what is everything i need?

everything happens in my basement, its a pretty big space. i really have no idea where to start for what i need to start recording and ish.

well if you want to do something real i recommend getting Pro Tools for top quality recording and editing. If you want to record someone rapping you will need a nice Condenser Mic. You will need a mixer too to send the channels into your comp. IDK what kind of equipment you are using for beats, but a sampler, synth (keyboard will do), and a drum machine are recommended. FL studio (PC software) can do all of this and you can tie it all together with a MIDI controller. I warn you , this will set you back a pretty penny. For the real deal you are looking at 1-1.5k
