A women constantly beats me up, whenever I tell anyone they just laugh?

No one will help me, they think it’s funny when a women beats a man. I really don’t know what to do.
I can’t defend my self against her because shes a women, even though shes much larger then me and stronger then me.

Move away from her.
Call the police - she will be charged with DV the same as a man would be.
Mostly - get away from her.

Yes, definitely call the police so you can have it on record and possibly have her arrested. And perhaps if she is arrested it will deter her from doing again.

does she leave any marks, if so document them. and are you 2 married if so you need to seek counseling, if not you should consider getting out of the relationship, she has problems and needs help

Sooooo do what all the women do who get beaten by a man. LEAVE. Get away from her as fast as you can and get a restraining order.
Oh that being said, organisations that work with women who are the victims of domestic violence, also know what to do with men, so maybe give your local organisation of that sort a call. Maybe they can offer advise or whatever on how to get away from this abusive chick.
Just don’t think she’ll change. They never do.
