I am a senior in high school and in the past 3 years I did not do the best but grades are really looking up this year and I do not have any extracurricular activities but 100% plan on going to collage what are some good schools that would help me on my way of achieving my dream job as a rapper/music producer

Newer rap is kind of more what I’m looking for. Anywhere between 2010-2011, maybe even 2009.

Me and my friend is doing a collab, and the theme for the rap is love, as in boyfriend girlfriend. Only problem is that I’ve got no clue what to say. I tried to speak from the heart but I’ve never experienced love, and I’ve ignored everyone who has ever liked me. Bottom line, no experience on the subject..
Any tips on how to write a love rap without sounding cheesy? cause quality is important.

I’m from cali, but I prefer dirty south. They have the best beats and most of the rappers in places like Houston, TX stay true to the game. Some of my favorite rappers from the dirty south are Fat Pat, Outkast, UGK (and Bun B/Pimp C solo), Big Mello, Devin the Dude, Z-ro, Trae, Chamillionaire….

So what do you people prefer? And name some of the best artists from whichever side you pick.
