Is big money the reason why some famous rocker degrade a famous rock song by doing a hip hop version of it?

and i bought two softwares one called beatkangz and sony music studio 7
and i have made various beats from these two softwares and i want to know how to make the beats that i have made into an mp3 file so that i can burn them onto a disc or usb drive, thanks

I’m a hip-hop head if you didn’t know, and I’m really critical of modern rap. So my friends gave me a Pepsi challenge type test to see what was it I hated about modern rap. They blind folded me and played music 10 songs and the songs that weren’t southern rap I liked and the songs that were I hated. It wasn’t really a surprise to me, but I kinda feel like a traitor to my region for not liking this genre of rap. I just can’t see myself enjoying Gucci Mane, Soulja Boy, or Plies. They’re idiots and rap about the stupidest s h i t. Also to add in the pot Lil’ Wayne. But, on the other hand I do like UGK and Bun B. Also Outkast. Maybe it’s not southern rap I hate but dumb rap? Your thoughts?
@ GiG I mentioned Outkast as one of the only southern rappers I like. Andre 3000 is a genius.
@ Jan yea I like the game he’s hot. But, I grew up liking East Coast Rap so I guess that’s just my thing.
