How do you determine what makes the best rapper the best rapper??

There are a lot of people who say Tupac was the greatest and there are those who say Jay-z is a phenomenon. I have never been big fan or up to par on the rap/Hip-Hop industry, so please do enlighten me!! Please?

I want to learn how to dance to hip hop at the clubs. Is there any dvds I can buy at the club that will instruct me on how to dance? Thanks

I plan to record a rap battle this weekend and i need personal mics to do that cuz the camera itself isn’t good enough. How would I go about doing this?

Record individually to voice recorders, then sync it to the video? Do voice recorders have mic imputs, or there an easier way?
