I’m planning on doing a hip hop dance for my school’s talent show and I don’t know a good song to dance to yet, but it has to be a song that has a dance to it already. For example (Boa-eat you up) this song already has a dance to it that i could learn. That’d be a lot of help. Thanks!

I love this song. It’s a rap song from the comedy movie "Accepted" only I have no clue what the title of the song is, nor do I know the artists. I also don’t remember anything they in the song. All I know is that it’s a rap song that plays about about 2/5 through the movie. It has a cool funky beat in the beginning of the song if that helps.

Lol something occur to me. What is cardio? It’s an workout or exercise that gets your heart pumping to burn calories. WELL if you have anxiety or nervous about something, your heart beats fast… SO does that count as cardio???

Also here is something interesting. Cardio helps you lose weight and calories. Notice that people have anxiety or nervousness are mostly skinny…. So does this effect your calorie burning???
