This sounds like a hip hop song by a British artist. I’m having trouble finding it; it’s not on the soundtrack. It plays in the background as the guys on the "bad side" are driving.

i am thinking of trying a kaosilator with reason and ableton, or maybe protools….i do not have a mac i have two hps..i dont have the cash to spend on crazy eq which is why i can reallyu barely afford the program so i need to find a cheap way to make some music fast! would the kaossiltor work in reason and ableton or protools?
