I still don’t get it what’s the meaning of the "dirty south" .

I can feel the beating in my chest and hear it as well. If I take a 1 mg Clonazepam (Klonopin), which I take for anxiety and social phobia, then my heart rate decreases to about 80 beats per minute after about 15 minutes. Does this mean that the increased heart rate is caused by panic attack?
