What is the portion of a dance called where people sit side by side and quickly and synchronously clap and/or tap their (or neighbors’) laps? It’s almost like stomp, but with hands.

My fiance and I are into the hip hop scene, but unfortunately most of the music is lewd. We don’t intend to play this type of music until we are far into the reception, but can you think of any upbeat songs that would be appropriate?

I just need to know the name of the song that says the beat goes on and the lyrics please. It is probably a rap song and it is not Madonna or Brittany spears.
