I am a healthy 33 year old who jogs on a regular basis. Last week on the tread I notice that after my first mile my heart felt as though it was skipping a beat. It freaked me out. So of course I stopped jogging. Once I stopped jogging, my heart rate seemed to correct itself. I have been jogging for years. Has anyone else ever experience this?

I like the old hip hop…the beats are hotter too and not sampled like some of today’s on. The lyrics better too unlike today’s on that is filled with drugs and sex and disrespect to women…

i just got FL 8 and idk how to make full beats. i need help. i got something good but it short as hell. i Started Making the beat and i have the beat that i wanna do and it sounds good when i play it back, but its looped. i want to make it a full track though.

I mean like this one that’s used in this Halo 3 Montage( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FWydDy3nONI ), i’ve tried to google it but i just get other violin metal / rock that doesn’t sound like that at all. Please tell me some good songs that sounds like the one in the video.
