There were a couple songs on Furtado’s Loose album produced by Timbaland. Same with the new Keri Hilson album. I heard he charges close to half a mil for a beat, or somewhere in that ballpark. i dont believe labels have budgets that high for artists like these.

ii) image of 4 African-American men standing on a railroad.

I surely remember that is made by hip hop group.
And I think that image may have something to do with that group.
But I don’t know the name of that.
