I have a beat download but how do I put my vocals over it?

i use limewire and idk wat to put in for getting instrumentals. u no like karaoke. and i wanna record with my voice. so wat should i type in to find songs without the lyrics? for ex. do i put Superstar instrumantal? or wat?
i no the lyrics thats y i want just the plain song without words dammit

I already have FL studio XXL 8. I just need to know what else i need to make some decent crunk beats. Is there anything else I can download or something? I aint really trying to spend alot of money. please helpp !
