Like once or twice a day i get this thing like in my chest itsl ike real heavy off rhythm beats for a second or two. Itsl like i can feel it. i am on blood pressure medicine. any ideas?

I owned a lot when I was 11-13 (And yes, I was all over the underground ish when I was 11-13) but since then I have bought very few because I stopped listening to rap for awhile and when I came back everyone listened to music on iPods.

I need to coreograph a hip hop routine for out dance officers and i cant find a song. I really want a song that sounds different, not just like all other raps songs. My two favorites so far are Church by T-pain and Move by Mims. I want to stay in that kind of style. Thank you for your suggestions.
