Based on my last question, I may just go on stage to get three of my friends to go against me as I freestyle against all three of them. But give me some good beats you think are great for freestyling too.

Like if I write songs and I play guitar to them and I want to turn those songs into actual music with beats and all to put on a demo CD who do I go to?
I know I have to go to a recording studio to record the music, but who is the one who comes up with the beats to put to my music?
