Well i make beats on fruity loops, but sometimes they don’t come out good quality, how do i do this??

I personally like to sample Creedence Clearwater Revival, they got a lot of really good riffs that go perfect with a hip hop beat. What is your favorite band to sample from?
BTW please don’t tell me that hip hop isnt music like the first guy that answered. At least the stuff that I make is real music since I play real instruments (guitar, drums), my rapping is more of a hardcore punk yell, and my lyrics have a real point. It is very offensive to me for people to say that about hip hop in general since I work my ass off everyday from right after school until 11pm to pull off a good record.
