im planning to start hip hop next year for beginners. I’v3e never done hip hop before but ir eally want to!! XD im 14 btw and will be taking 1 class per week …. how long do u think it will take a beginner like me to do good in dance competitions and do all the poppin and locking stuff?

Plus any tips for hip hop is appreciated!!

I just downloaded FL studio 7 online(it’s the demo version). Is there anything i need as far as outputs or inputs to record my own drum beats? All I want to do Is to be able to create some beats, save them and then burn them onto a cd.

I feel that rap music these days are always yelling about money, gold chains, jewerly, cars,etc because they are all phallic symbols (Symbols of power) and most of rap artists are black (Its true so don’t call me racist) and this is their way of saying that black people could be powerful too. What do you think?

Baseball was never meant to be a game for thugs and punks, and yet we see all these latin players with their reggae and hip hop blasting, dyeing hair, etc.

I welcome people of all origins, but not the thuggish, gangster culture that is normally found in thuggish games such as football and basketball.
