I drive a 2001 pontiac grand am and was thinking about getting a sub-woofer(s) for my car. I basically only listen to rap music right now. I am also at a pretty low budget right now so can only afford probably 1. What would be the best brand of sub to get? And would i need an amp/box too? I am not the smartest in this area so any input would be very appreciated. Thanks!

I have heard some people say sit one beat and others sit two. I do ride English so when I go into the posting trot, should I sit one or two beats? I have heard some people say that if you sit one beat then you will always be on the correct diagonal? Is that true??
